No. Tejo360 charges no agency commission, no valuation fee and no cost for reviewing your home and making an offer. The offer we make is what you receive for your home.

A Tejo360 offer is a direct purchase offer, not a valuation for a traditional sale on the market. It takes into account the home, its condition, the costs and work needed, and its resale potential.
In a traditional sale you may be able to get a higher price, but you take on more time, repairs, viewings, commissions, negotiation and the risk of the deal falling through. Our offer is built around speed, certainty and simplicity.

Yes. We buy as-is, whether it needs partial or complete renovation. You don't need to do a thing.

Yes. We buy homes with a mortgage, associated debts or seizure proceedings. Every case is looked at individually so we can work out how to structure the sale safely for you.

We also look at rented homes, where there's a possibility of handing the home over vacant at the escritura, or another flexible solution we agree on.
If your home is listed with an agency, we'll assess the case once we've confirmed the terms of your agency contract with you.

We help you gather everything. For the valuation, all you need is the caderneta predial (tax register certificate), which you can get free of charge on the Portal das Finanças, under "Património Predial". We also check the certidão permanente (land registry certificate).
